Church on Jeju
Those who have read my rantings from time to time may have realized that I am not a big fan of organized Christianity in Korea. The same goes for the organized Buddhist orders. Both seem more concerned with membership numbers, money and politics than anything else.
But that is just me. I do not look down or think anyone a fool if they are part of an organized religious group in Korea. If it gives someone, especially an expat so far from home, comfort, more power to you. God love ya.
So, even though it is not my thing, I want to pass along some information I received about a church on Jeju. I don't know the church or anything about it.
Here it is:
So, if interested, you can check it out.

If you are looking for an English speaking church on Jeju Island in South Korea there is the Youngnak English Service held each Sunday morning at 11:00am. The Youngnak Church is one of the largest on the island (over 1600) and about 100 attend the English service. The two main pastors are from the United States and a number of foreign students, teachers and residents as well as English-speaking Koreans attend.
